Project specifications
The project will be based on android phones and it will be used to share files with other phones. Both phones must be connected for them to be able to share files. It will be a tab and share application which will be easy to use.
The application will use wireless communication where by if both devices are connected to the same WIFI, the users will be able to share files and other information over the WIFI. The application will provide for resumption of communication even if the connection is lost. It will be a fast file sharing application where the users will be able to receive the files instantly.
Development environment
The application will be developed using android studio which is the best android application development platform currently in use. The programming language to be used is Java and xml and the application will be able to run on all android mobile devices regardless of the model but during the development phase I will use Samsung Galaxy for testing purposes.
