Write a ten to twelve page paper describing a leadership issue or problem within higher education. Utilize the information acquired from the leadership textbook and other course readings and your research to analyze and evaluate the issue or problem. Utilize critical thinking to develop a reasonable argument for solving the problem or issue in your paper. Use at least five references. (Use your reading list and assigned readings for research ideas)
