Using the K-W-L-A-Q Approach for Practitioners as a framework, write a final paper synthesizing your learning. In a 2-3 page reflective paper, written in APA format, address the following questions:

1. What are at least two key points you take from the process observing young children?
2. How does assessment relate to curriculum planning? Be specific, indicating your own experiences during your work in this course which you feel will support high-quality curriculum creation.
3. Identify your own strengths and weaknesses related to the assessment and evaluation process. Be sure to include:
   1. individual child assessments and evaluations
   2. the processes of assessing and evaluating the early learning setting
   3. personal assessment and evaluation of your own knowledge and skill sets
