Statement of the ProblemThe study focused on the impact analysis of challenges faced by grade 2 pupils of San Isidro Elementary School under modular distance learning and its relationship to their academic performance in Filipino subject. Specifically, this study sought to answer the following problems:1. What are the lived experiences faced by the Modular Distance Learning implementers for Grade 2 students amidst pandemic?1.1 Teachers; and 1.2 Parents?2. What are the emerging themes that surround the implementation of Modular Distance Learning amidst pandemic?     2.1 motivation; 2.2 time management; and2.3 task accomplishment?3. What is the extent of impact of the challenges faced by grade 2 pupils in the modular distance learning as perceived by the two group of respondents with respect to: motivation;time management; andtask accomplishment?
