Design a relational database system that shows transactions
between ACCT administration, staff, faculty, HR, financial aid, books store,
library and students’ services. The database must contain the following in
order to satisfy the framework of this project.

1.  There
must be one actor in the database to maintain administration’s information

2.  There
must be one actor in the database to maintain staff’s information

  1. There
    must be one actor in the database to maintain faculty’s information
  2.  Students
    actor will contain  students
    information
  3. One
    actor to host the library contents
  4. One
    actor to hold the book store contents
  5. One
    actor for HR department
  6. One
    more actor to maintain financial aid department information   
  7. Create
    a relationship that illustrates the transactions between the actors as
    follows:

a)   Faculty course assignments transactions between
administration and faculty

b)  Staff
functional transactions between administration and staff

c)  Students
course registration system will consist of the following:

A main process to Handle all the Student
Registration transactions

II. 
Some sub processes to receive and transform
Students, Administration, faculty, books supply, and financial aid information
activities during and after registration.

III. 
There will also be data stores to decouple the
processes so that receiving processes do not have to respond immediately during
data transfer

IV. 
The System will contain source and sink to input
and output data.
