Develop the Digital Forensic Compilation Report-Out

The digital forensic investigator is responsible for compiling information and results, explaining the currency and relevancy of information gathered during an investigation, and presenting facts and conclusions in a court of law.

In this step, your team’s digital forensic investigator will collaborate to create a Compilation Report-Out of at least 20 pages on the information and data gathered through the projects and steps of this course. The Compilation Report-Out will serve as a comprehensive security and risk management tool.

In preparation for providing expert testimony in court on the information gathering and reporting, you are responsible for writing a report that summarizes the reports and lab findings from Projects 1 through 3, to create one synthesized document that encompasses security assessment and testing. Refer to the following document for the full set of deliverable requirements: Compilation Report-Out.
