Assignment:
- Read the case study on strange choices in your On Course textbook page 164.
- Take a moment to think about all the characters in the story. Rank order the characters from the strangest choice to the least. So a score of 6 would be the strangest choice, and a score of 1 would be the least strangest choice.
- Give a different score to each character.
- Explain your choices in a paragraph. Be descriptive and give examples to demonstrate how/why you ranked the characters.
- Choose the one you think made the strangest choice and speculate on why this student made the choice. Write a short paragraph and try to dive deeper than obvious answers such as “He’s probably just shy.” Why do you suppose he is shy? What past experiences might have made him this way. What might his inner conversations sound like
