First one
I can make our topic relevant for the audience by stating some real life examples that they can totally relate to. I can also make it relevant for them by allowing them to understand the message of our topic by explaining it to them first and stating its importance in their lives. Our audience can learn so much from our presentation as they’ll learn how a family should communicate effectively and how communication inside a family can influence so many things such as their cultures. The audience can also learn that they should not compare how their family works with how other families works since different cultures affects family communication. It is important to include sources from our research when we’ll be presenting our topic since it will serve as our evidence in proving the accuracy of our topic. Thus, it means that our audience will believe the things that we say and they will trust our argument. The advantage of working in groups when considering communication in the workplace is that the employees or workers can work together in order to achieve their goals and finish their tasks faster and easier. Moreover, the advantage of working in groups for this group presentation assignment is that we will be able to come up with a presentation that is more engaging for our audience since we will be able to compile our ideas and sources.

I can make our topic relevant to our audience by citing real sources that were created recently because the more recent the sources are the more the audience will most likely be able to relate. The real sources and stories will allow the audience to relate culturally, personally, and socially to experiences and information on communication because it will be recent and up to date. The audience will learn from our presentation how to communicate effectively with their family across different cultures and understanding how social media can connect with family around the world with different ways of learning and living. It is important to include resources from our research because we must show what we are saying is true and reliable with support from studies, professionals, and relevant people/stories. The advantage of working in groups in the workplace allows people to collect and provide many ideas to make the workplace more efficient and better quality. This is also true when working in group on this presentation. In a group you can get many opinions on ideas to make the presentation better, as well as finding sources from different locations. Additionally, working in a group for this presentation is useful because each group member has and can provide different perspectives on the personal, social, and cultural ways of communicating within families.
