The weeks’ reading has been on the organizational culture, organization advancements, and stress management regarding the technological evolution. Most organizations have adopted the updated technicalities used in daily operations to make changes in their operating systems. The main aim of most organizations is to improve the levels, standards, and qualities of their services. Many of them have made it a culture within the organization’s management to use the technology in operations for the advantages it holds in operations. Over the decades, service provision and production have increased tremendously in most institutions. Technological advances as a cause of stress in society

In as much as the technological culture is advantageous to the organizations, research has also shown that it is the main cause of stress in the general management and the operations sector. Society experiences many challenges in trying to contain the technological pressure. The main challenge is the expense of installation and purchasing the given devices that the organization would wish to adopt in its operations. Most of the technological advancements come with a huge cost of acquaintance and installation that most organizations may not be able to manage, and it stresses them of the incurrence. The other stress is the hire of skilled persons who will run and manage machines, and it becomes difficult to get individuals who are well trained and have got the required skills of operations to ensure proper utilization (Appio et al., 2019). The technological advancements are most computerized, and this makes it susceptible to frauds and hacks, which leads to loss of information or the confidential message landing on unauthorized hands. This stresses the management of the business society of the exposure of the secret information to the public and the fear of crash of reputation.

The given changes in technology would mean that the work is reduced, less complex, and consumes less time in carrying out. This is attributed because the technology was implemented to curb all the cases that hinder the performance of the organizations. This includes the time spent in operations and the energy required to carry out the given tasks. The complex tasks and heavy for humans have been made easier to work by the use of technology
