Your paper should include the following elements:
Theory – why does this matter?
Background – what is this group?
Challenges and Opportunities – how does this actor matter for international society?
Horizon Issues – what is the future of this actor in global governance?
Your paper should include an intro and conclusion, with a thesis statement and incorporate outside research. Using class material is highly suggested.
This should be no longer than 5 pages (double spaced), and therefore precision and brevity should be valued over any fluffy rhetoric. Be to the point and answer the prompt questions above.
