Review this article from Week 5, again skipping the “Methods, sampling, and data” section. Do focus on the interview responses on pages 151–161, noting the following issues that are discussed: jurisdiction, victim credibility, law enforcement prioritization, resource allocation, and judicial challenges.

Review your other readings in the course, recalling issues related to social change. Also recall how the various roles interact.
