Crime Prevention Program Evaluation Critique

You must chose an already established crime prevention program evaluation and be able to critique it. Students will complete a 10-12 page evaluation critique that will focus in depth on a single evaluation report for a Crime Prevention Program. Students will assess the quality of the evaluation beginning with the study’s rationale, its methodological strengths and limitations, and the usefulness of the results for program administration and improvement. The critique will be used to assess student understanding of the methodological and statistical concepts presented throughout the course.

The critique paper serves as the heart of the analysis. In particular, students should use compelling examples to support the main ideas and arguments. Include the textbook when needed.
