Please describe the similarities and differences between U.S./Canada and U.S./Mexico to border security and crime. Do these entities separate border security and crime or is it all one in the same with no difference? Make sure to include some border security lessons learned and how they can be applied elsewhere. In addition, ask yourself do the different border security eco-systems around the world influence how crime and border security is viewed locally and nationally. Are the perspectives different based on the person’s proximity to a border (the center of the border security eco-system diagram)? If so, how? Finally, describe how the escalation of Mexican drug cartles changed how the United States and Mexico view crime and border security. How did it change the border security eco-system in their relationships?

The essay must be at least six (6) pages in length but no longer than eight (8) – not including the title and reference pages, in the APA (6th edition) writing style. The papers will be supported by at least seven (7) scholarly, academic, or professional references. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE ANY DIRECT QUOTE. Double spaced, 12 font, Times New Roman, and 1” margins. APA writing style 6th edition.
