Select a project with which you are familiar that involves procurement. Select one of the project´s vendors and create a communication plan designed to monitor vendor progress and communicate changes to the project’s objectives, schedule, budget, or other performance baseline elements. Explain how you – the project manager – would execute this plan on a weekly and monthly basis. What communication issues are most likely to arise and how would you handle them? What can you do to maintain a close relationship to this particular vendor? What are your legal and ethical boundaries when communicating with an outside contractor?
Support your plan with minimum of five (5) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
