Your site plan must include the following:
1) A preliminary roadway spanning from the western edge of the property to the eastern edge of the property.
a) The road must be 76 feet wide with at least one dimension shown
b) Include a median, a two lane travelway in each direction, and a shoulder on each side
c) Each roadway feature (median, travelway, etc.) must be hatched with a color
d) The roadway must have at least two curves
2) At least one large retention area positioned along the inside of each roadway curve that acts as a park or open space area in the dry season and a collection basin in the wet seasons. See the site plan examples or search for park or riverwalk examples online.
