– Select three MPA(Public administration) competencies and two primary area competencies. These competencies should be clearly identified in your presentation.

• For each competency, you must create PowerPoint slides which explain how the MPA program has enabled you to master proficiency in these competencies.
• Your slides must include citations and references using the Turabian Writing Style. Some sources that are helpful are authors such as Box, Rainey, Tocqueville

2. Using plausible terrorism scenarios, discuss how to plan for, prepare for, respond to, and recover from terrorism threats and actions against the United States. In doing so, discuss the patterns and trends of terrorism, including emerging methods, tactics, issues, and technologies.

3. Identify and offer a critique of the common theories of the public policy process and emergency management. As a result of your critique, propose an advocacy strategy for developing a public policy related to a current issue in disaster and emergency management.
