You need to create a case study, with 7 questions at the end in the subject of Endocarditis. Meaning you need to present a patient who is suffering from Endocarditis, you can use( copy) lab results such as blood test, EKG, etc from sources out there, but you need to write the scenario, like the patient came to ER and his chief concern was.. bring his age, etc. please look some case study online to have some idea what you need to write. following that make 7 questions like what are the risk factor of this patient? or diagnosis and treatment? something like these. Again, for the lab results, you can copy a lab result from somewhere else, but you cannot copy a case study/scenario. You also need to come up with your own world in the physical examination part, and all the parts, except the lab tables and result that you need numbers not a world.
