I have a final project due and I have trouble with the r coding piece of this project. My problem statement is The United States had more deaths from Covid 19 than any other country. What were the influencing variables? We will compare New Zealand to the United States.
The variables I want to use: Reproduction_rate, stringency_index, male_smokers, female_smokers, diabetes_prevalence, cardiovasc_death_rate, aged_65_older, aged_70_older, population, total_vaccinations, new_tests, total_deaths, median_age, life_expectancy. My data set needs to be just filtered to these variables for the United States and New Zealand. I just need the R code created to clean the data, plot the data for analysis, regression code, predict the variables that influenced covid for each country, clustering, neural network, random forests, classification trees, and predict the vaccines impact on the reproduction rate. The reproduction rate is the response rate variable.
