In week one you were introduced to your course project scenario (below).
Imagine that you are an administrator for a small hospital. Part of your role within healthcare leadership requires you sit on various committees, often being the Lead on a project. Please follow the instructions below in completion of this multi-part assignment.
In preparation for your funding request, you have scheduled a meeting with various managers and external marketing consultant to identify what the current position of the organization is, and hear recommendations regarding future positioning.
Review the provided interviews and using the template analyze the organization, current marketing, and other pertinent information regarding the small hospital. Be sure you are including details from each interview to capture a complete discussion of the organization and each professional’s perspective on the organization and its strengths and weaknesses.
