- Where you were born (city, state or country). (Beverly Hills, California)
- Share 2 of your 5 specific goals from your Life Vision Paper.
- Briefly explain why each of these 2 goals are important/significant to you?
- Who or what has influenced your selection of these 2 goals?
- What ONE major obstacle must you overcome to reach each one of these 2 goals and what will you do to overcome it?
- No more than 5 slides and no less than
