By this point in the semester, you have assumed several roles related to the Virtual Community Activity, including a community development practitioner and a concerned citizen. Based on the knowledge you’ve accumulated this semester, prepare a final written statement on whether you believe our community should select New Belgium Brewing Company, Walmart, or no new business. In preparing this statement, your role will again be that of the community health worker. You should draw from your past activities (attached two previous responses) as well as the concerns raised by community residents to inform your final written statement. Finally, please keep in mind the overall purpose of this activity will be your application of basic community and economic development principles, especially those related to community leadership. An example of final statement is also attached.
