In order to complete the Menu Pricing Methods please note the following:

1. You will use the Desired Food Cost Percentages for the Food Cost Percent Method

2. You will need to complete the mini income statement to calculate the Food Cost Percentage. This FC% will be used for the Mark Up on Cost Pricing Method.

3. From the mini income statement you will calculate Gross Profit dollars so that you can find the Cost Per Guest for the Gross Profit Menu Pricing.
