I think that jury members choose guilty or not guilty by the evidence and direction of the law. However, as they don’t know the whole story of the case, sometimes they can make misgudgement. Stainley K. Sheinbaum said that policemen assumed gags their enemy. “You went in and talked to our enemy.(14) and she mentioned that this city is abused in both sides, policemen and gang and at the end of the poem, she asks why do I have to be on a side. After I listening “Building a Compassinate Police Force” and “We cannot Take Sides”,I started to think in both side. Not only in Rodney Kings side but also four policemen. In the poem, he said that policemen are people who keep the peace in society and they also can become victims of society. I agree with that policemen used excessive force, but on the other hand, they also had fear of the situation.So, I agree with that compassion is a component to bring people together. I know that it’s still controversial problem but I don’t exactly know what happened in that situation as I wasn’t there, I think I am going to judge just based on the evidence.
