I have to submit 4 essays for my internship position.

Questions:
1.Evaluate a significant experience, achievement, or risk that you have taken and its impact on you.
-I want to write about me moving to US at the age of 17 from Armenia alone, without any family and start a new american dream. Also wanna write how hard it was for me to go through barriers and english problem. How i liked medical field.(make up a story) also that I had health issues and that helped me to assure my thoughts about being a nurse. Today I am a student in one of the prestigious universities of SoCal West Coast University. (We need to include the university name because the hospital is partnered and I want them to know that I am a student there )
2.How does the Health Scholar program fit into your overall career goal?

3.How would you utilize your role as a Health Scholar to improve the patient experience in a hospital?
-I am multilingual Armenian Russian English, I have a great personality, I have an excelent and experienced communication skills …

4.It is often said that what you put into this program is what you get out of it. What do you plan on investing into this program and how will you follow through with your initial goals?
