The government is always looking for new sources of revenue. Some of the controversy has been the luxury and sumptuary taxes you learned about in Unit 2. Write a one-page paper about the following:
If a consumption tax were to be levied on coffee, would you tax the seller (i.e., Starbucks), or would you tax the consumer? Include what type of fund you think the revenue should be reported in.
In addition to fulfilling the specifics of the assignment, a successful paper must also meet the following criteria:

o Include an introductory and concluding paragraph and demonstrate college-level communication through the composition of original materials in Standard American English
o Use examples to support your discussion
o Cite all sources on a separate reference page at the end of your paper and cited within the body of your paper using APA format
