For this assessment, each member of the class will make a short 15-minute formal presentation on a management/construction related topic shown overleaf. The content of the presentation must show evidence of current up to date research and be relevant to the Construction Industry in Ireland. Please include all research in the appendix.

Students will upload their presentations in Brightspace on or before 20 of February 2021 and present as allocated on the presentations list starting in March or later depending on covid restrictions later in the year. Students will present in alphabetical and numerical order as per presentation list.

Each student will prepare a presentation on his/her selected topic using Power Point, flip. The student must also prepare a one-page executive summary and seven other typed pages (approx. 1500 words) on his/her topic plus PowerPoint slides, bibliography and references. The final assignment is to be submitted via. Each student’s presentation will last a maximum of 15 minutes. After each presentation members of the class will be expected to ask questions. Attendance at Presentations will also be monitored and marks awarded accordingly. Marks will be awarded for presentation and referencing of material.
