Pick any famous construction project from the past and imagine that your firm was the CM in charge of that project. Now you have been tasked to prepare a report on that project to showcase your firm’s expertise and legacy in delivering the state-of-the-art projects. The project report must include, but not limited to, the following:
- Project Description (Scope, location, year etc.)
- Project Team and Stakeholders (designer, constructor, owner etc.)
- Business need (Why was it required)
- Estimated Schedule and Cost
- Final Schedule and Cost
- Issues faced by the project team
- Actions taken by the project team
- Lessons Learned for future projects
- Bibliography, use APA style citation (https://www.citationmachine.net/apa)
