This is becoming more and more important in public discourse, as selective public universities seek to balance declining state aid with their objective of ensuring widespread access to higher education. The main text of the paper should be about 8 pages with 1.5 spacing and 1-inch margins – about half to one page for each of the following bullets, don’t omit any – with tables and charts as necessary. (Tables and charts do not count toward the page limit, but don’t put too many – just a few highlighting the most important aspects. Do not reproduce tables from other published sources.)
