You are a new Contracting Officer and you have been requested to give a briefing to the PMO on the importance of building an effective and efficient acquisition team. Focus on roles and responsibilities, the importance on staying focused on the mission, what elements are needed to build a successful team, team interaction, effective communication and discuss the importance of building a successful team and why team building is so critical to developing and implementing a successful acquisition.
The presentation should have a minimum of six slides. Each slide shall have bulleted talking points and shall also have at least 100 words per slide in the notes section explaining your talking points.
