Attached you can find my work which need just 3 sections to be completed and those sections are: (p 8, 9, and 10 in the file)

2. Using appropriate research strategies, describe how you would work with faculty to achieve the outcomes you have presented. Be considerate of any human development and motivational theories in this learning process.

Minimum of 4 theories- 2 for human development, 2 for motivational

A.Human development Theories (i.e. Erickson’s psychosocial theories….etc)

B.Motivational Theories (i.e. growth mindset theory, transactional theory, reverse engineering)- Graph of early adopters/ late adopters- What does the research say?

3.Submit a professional growth plan that describes the incorporation of performance-based assessments into the school’s curriculum.

A-Your plan should be based on reflective practice and research on student learning consistent with the school vision and goals that show a commitment to life-long learning.

-Should be providing research: 1-Based on the research of reflective practice we will need to… 2-Based on the research of student learning….. we will meet.. because research says that…..

B-Discuss what strategies you will employ (i.e. observations, collaborative reflection, adult learning strategies, etc) to develop the comprehensive professional growth plan with teachers and other school personnel.

-Detail- Topic- Performance- Time, full calendar- Table also gave paragraph… based on research these are the (Plan how you will develop staff around performance based assessments)-1 year

-Comprehensive professional growth plan- Detailed (time – dates ). i.e In August I will …. In September…. Be very detailed. (Set short and long time plan)

-The plan should be for full academic year starting from August.( I started in Aug in the section of communicate the vision)

-Tell how you are going to meet and present ( lecture- round table – visual …)

I will send survey to parents asking about the new assessment and its effects on their children
