Hello! before you start a work, the topic is late night meal. I and my group did the bodega style sandwich and sides.
I need to work two part : Advertising, Developing a competitive edge and i just need one page of writing in total.
The bodega style casual fast food.
Mission – Our mission is to provide high quality quick serve New York City inspired Bodega style sandwiches for late night partygoers, workaholics, and degenerates.
Vision – Our vision is to take over the late night food service industry in Las Vegas by providing incredible food and consistent service. Once established in Las Vegas we aim to expand to other cities with bustling nightlife.
Goals – Lower initial costs, increase quarterly sales, keep food costs low, provide monthly training for staff (i.e., customer service, POS training, kitchen training etc.) and in doing so will keep long lines from forming, provide quarterly/yearly specialty food and drink item(s).
menu items are :Egg Cheese Sandwich,Croissant Sandwich,French Toast Sandwich,Bacon and Hash Sandwich, Croissant French Toast … just in case helping you understand concept. I and my group think the business locate will be in Las Vegas.
