In doing so answer the following; how do you portion your plate? describe and discuss how it is similar or different then the recommendations. Do you have other categories on you plate? You can create your own names for categories, for instance if you eat a lot of candy bars or drink coffee you may make a category for that type of food. Are you the type of person to skip meals, do you avoid certain foods? If so how does this impact your ability to meet the recommended servings of fruits, vegetables, grains, protein and dairy. How can you improve your plate? What is missing that you could add to make it better?
