Write a paragraph on the Introduction and Profile of the company with photographs of the
company and the products which they manufacture. ( A’Saffa company)
Write the details of organizational structure along with the organizational chart of the
company.
Write a short paragraph on the planning process of the company.
Write a short paragraph on the Organizing process of the company.
Write a short paragraph on the Leading process of the company.
Write a short paragraph on the Controlling process of the company.
Write a chapter on Human Resource practices – Overview of the Human Resource department
and identify a problem which the HR department encountered during the past and the details of
how they settled the problem.
Conclude with a statement about the company, environments which affect the performance and
the Human Resource practices.
FORMAT OF WRITTEN REPORT: Group assignment
1. Type in A4 paper, single space; font type and size = Arial 12; margin = 1 inch for all sides.
2. Include your group name and student ID no. in the cover page.
3. Be original.
4. Include any references if some ideas were taken from books, magazines, or the Internet.
5. Number of pages (excluding the cover page): Between 6-8 Pages.
