The project you have to identify three different Wisconsin-based companies that do business in or with your assigned country (China). The objective is to get a feeling of how different companies are doing business in or with your assigned country(China) . The companies you are looking for are engaged in some form of international business, such as: exporting, establishing foreign production plants or other direct investments, having formed a joint-venture with a foreign company or sourcing. You have to find three different companies that fit the bill. Of those three companiestwo need to be Small and Medium-sized companies (SMEs, which we define as companies with less than 500 employees).
