General Purpose: To persuade
Specific Purpose: To persuade my audience that Federal Government should decrease cemetery and increase housing.
Central Idea: The Federal Government should decrease cemetery to increase housing area and balance the right of whether alive or dead people.
One feasible solution to reduce cemeteries is for the federal government to provide free cremation services to all those who have passed away. For those who have been buried, they can ask their family members for their opinions on whether to be cremated and compensate them for the cost of buying the cemetery and a certain amount of spiritual compensation. The federal government should set up a department responsible for funerals, work with the environmental protection department to publicize the impact of burial on the environment and housing issues, and encourage the public to support forms other than burial, such as cremation. Finally, I know this is a very difficult policy to implement because we will all die and we will miss those who have passed away. We all hope that they can rest in peace.
