After you’ve watched the film, you should post a commentary of at least 100 words. The main subject of your commentary should be whether traditional ethnography, as exemplified by Margaret Mead is worth doing. Does it result in knowledge or merely in a subjective and superficial interpretation of another culture? After addressing that question, you are free to make any comments you feel are relevant.
