Based on my experience and growth with the company, I know that I am a good candidate and possess the experience to fill the Human Resources Representative position with the organization.However, there is no doubt that the modern business environment has changed a lot to the extent of Human Resource determining an organization’s success.The business must align its Human Resource practices with the modern changes influencing the department while at the same time to its goals and objectives.It is interested to note that MLGW is successful even without the modern practices of Human Resource, which are greatly influenced by technology.I approached potential employees who had earlier applied for positions in the company: then I asked them how they found the company’s open positions.However, their responses were not surprising, but one that caught my attention was an applicant whom a relative informed how successful our online Human Resource practices were.Therefore, it clearly indicates an assumption of a system that never existed through online platforms.However, as a result, we have been losing out on potential talent, to some extent, that leaves a negative image to our brand.We know that this is not good for business, and then I saw it prudent to research and provide a solution to the challenge.
