I’m stuck on a English question and need an explanation.
The treatment of child miners working in Potosi is undisputably inhumane. But due to the socioeconomic climate of Bolivia and the vast number of impoverished families in the country, do you believe that their work is warranted? Where in lies the problem of Bolivias economy that requires children as young as 10 years old to be working in such harsh and hazardous conditions, is there a solution that could alleviate the child miners from Potosi while ensuring their families are liberated from poverty?

- Although laws have been put in place to control child labor, they are not working as well as planned/hoped in certain places, like Cerro Rico. Why do you think this is? Do you think there is any way to change the mindset of the Bolivian people? If so, how?
