This assignment will be completed by using the website Foundation Directory Online. Foundation Directory Online is one of the most highly regarded sources for grant research and houses a wealth of searchable databases and funding resources.

Please read through this complete exercise before starting.

1.     Go to https://fconline.foundationcenter.org/

2.     Click Try the Free Version button located at the bottom of the screen

3.     You will be taken to a Search Grantmakers page.

4.     Under the Grantmakers Name field, click view index

5.     On the left-hand side of the page, select grant maker you would like to research.  Once you select a grant maker, click search, located near the bottom of the page.

6.     Click on the hyper-linked Grantmaker Name 

7.     Under the 990-PF heading, click on the most recent year and a .pdf of the Private Foundation form will open.
