.What are your feelings about your own risk for cardiovascular disease? Are there changes that you need to make to reduce your risk of heart disease or stroke?

Identify three of the most common stressors that you face, on a regular basis, as a college student. Also, identify the coping strategies/techniques utilized to manage these situations.

Discussion 6: You and Your Diet

Based on what you have learned about the six (6) essential nutrient (micro/macro) recommendations, and before you calculate your actual daily intake percentages, predict how you think you are currently doing with your diet.  Be specific in each nutrient category with examples of food choices that you think are helping make you successful, or unsuccessful, with the recommended distribution.  I.e., will your actual pie chart reflect what is recommended?
