4. Students will use http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ (Links to an external site.) program for recording their food intake for two days. There is a phone app that is availble to help record your foods. For two days you will record, measure and input all the foods and beverages consumed. Download the results and submit the forms as an attachment. Identify the total calories, percent of calories from carbohydrates,fats, and proteins, total grams of fiber and salt that you consumed for each of the two days. Please describe what you learned from the activity in detail. Submit the two day myfitness pal report along with a description of what you learned to receive full credit.

5.Complete the protein requirement sheet and submit in the assignment submission box.
