For your final project, you will prepare a Cloud Migration Plan for the business you already described.
Included in the Cloud Migration plan is:
Final Project – Business Description (part1 attached)
Final Project – Choosing the Right Platform and Provider & KPI’s (part2 attached)
50 pts – A Migration Plan describing each step needed by the business to migrate their assets to the cloud. This document size will vary depending on the business and what is migrating to the cloud. Each Step should have some type of KPI to ensure each step is completed.
15 pts – A Timeline or Gannt Chart showing the time, and predicted amount of work required for each step.
10 pts – Cost estimate for migration, including estimated hours needed to complete.
25 pts – Cost or Risk savings analysis to show the benefit of migrating your business to the cloud.
There is no specific size requirement for this assignment. Please include any references you use for this project in a reference sheet.
Please submit the document as a Word or PDF document.
Presentation:
Please prepare a short 5-10 minute presentation of your final project. You will record yourself, and submit via video, or audit over a powerpoint presentation. You do not need to prepare a powerpoint presentation, but you can if wanted.
Presentation should explain your business, what you are migrating, an overview of the plan, and cost savings analysis.
