Project Phase #1
PREMISE: Cranberry Express is a convenience store to be operated as a part of a vacation resort complex
in Warrens, WI. The owner is inviting selected firms to submit and present proposals to act as
construction manager and general contractor for this C-store.
* Do the Six following tasks:
1. Prelim Budget
3. LOGISTICS PLAN
4. PROJECT APPROACH & ORG CHARTS Submit your project approach and included: both organization charts along with your list and description of key obstacles and challenges (Items 5-8).
5. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Using the template provided on BlackBoard, prepare and submit your project executive summary for the project progress up to this point. Your summary should reflect where you are in the schedule, the tasks completed thus far, work remaining, a reasonable time frame to completion and should be consistent with the other deliverables submitted for Phase I.
6. PRESENTATION In class live presentation by the project team to the project owner (instructor) summarizing and discussing the phase I progress report and submissions. If the team opts to use a slide deck or other visual aids not included in the required phase I deliverables for the presentation, convert it/them to pdf format.
