I have attached my thesis and a draft of outline to develop a manuscript from my thesis. Also I have attached the instructions for wiriting the manuscipt. I think the refreences in the manuscipt need to be updated. please consider number of pages. it should

I want to develop a manuscript from my thesis. First of all, can you write a manuscript from this thesis following the author guidelines of the soil science society of America journal? Second, can you
update the references that will be in the manuscript? This thesis was published in 2013 on the Iowa state university website. Third, the manuscript is different from the thesis, so I have an outline that should be followed.
