Change
is one of my favorite topics in this class because you have the
opportunity to effect a positive difference, especially since I am
giving YOU the secret!!

actually placed a picture of the book below because EVERYONE should not
only read it, but share it with your respective organizations.
Understanding how to better manage, plan for and accept change will make
all of the difference in employee morale and performance. I encourage
you to be the change agent in your organization!
