  invaluable. They could have been someone that allowed you to vent and
  gave you wise advice or even someone that recommended you for
  that coveted promotion. The word, “leader,” can sometimes seem
  misleading, because it implies that it has to be someone that works
  or worked with you. However, as you consider this question, feel free to
