1. Complete a VOC Table, just like the one on slide 27 in this week’s PowerPoint(PDF file attached below) on any process or business you are familiar with. Three complete rows are required for full credit, including the quote from the customer, what is important to the customer, and a translation for CTQ.
2. This assignment may be handwritten (if clear and legible) or done in PowerPoint or Excel.
3. Must include the name of the company/business at the top of the table.

Grading Criteria:
We are looking for logical links all the way from the quote from the customer, to “why is that important to them” and through to your translation in Critical to Quality. Three complete lines or rows are required in the table format. -1 point for each step that is skipped or blank. -1 point for each place where logic is broken or unclear.
