is a great time to discuss the importance of different levels of
decisions because as managers, you will be faced with
short-term, long-term and immediate decisions. Your employees will look
to you as their leader to direct and guide them, so you must be clear on
the different types and when they are needed. This is also a great time
to identify who on your team abides by the rules set in place by the
organization and who tends to be a rule breaker, so I thought you might
like to complete a fun questionnaire! Be sure to complete the questions
on a separate sheet of paper, because it is a picture with questions (I
also included the link to the picture, and emailed it to you in a
separate email during Week One in case you are unable to open it here –
feel free to email me and I will resend it to you if needed, okay?),
then add your score and take a look at what it means. Share your results
