*Essay #3 consists of two parts: all of Essay #2 plus 4 additional pages to create a combined essay of at least 10 pages plus a Works Cited page.
The additional pages should address the issue of what should be done, going forward, to adequately prepare New York City for future pandemics.
The thesis that you used in Essay #2 will have a necessary impact on your continuation into Essay 3 because it covers both parts of the combined essay. Basically, your suggestions for the future need to take into account what went wrong in the past and what needs to be done differently going forward.
Essay #3 should also contain in-text citations and a Works Cite page in MLA Style that covers all of the sources that you cited for both parts of Essay #3.
