- In a Word document, create a Meeting Agenda (refer to the details in your folder above).
Step 3: Preparing for the Meeting – Agenda Items.
Once you’ve created the agenda, you need to prepare for the meeting. As the leader of the company, you want to present a thorough knowledge of the content. You decide to write what you know about the agenda items in detail to have an in-depth conversation with your staff.
